All of our massage services can be customized to your needs using a variety of techniques and modalities. The service will start with a basic intake please communicate any specific areas of concerns, past injuries and what you’re looking for out of your service with your provider. You may also select from a variety of aromatherapies to help complete your experience.

Relaxation Journey
This is a fully customizable 2-hour long service that is a mixture of Swedish and Deep tissue. The additional time in this service allows your specialist to really focus on areas of concerns so you are able to leave the spa totally relaxed and refreshed.

Aveda Chakra Balancing Experience
The Chakra Balancing Experience is an innovative treatment that incorporates Aveda’s Chakra Balancing Blend Aromas and focuses on the seven chakra centers in the body using a variety of massage techniques, including deep tissue, foot reflexology, and energy work. The massage concludes with a guided meditation to help enhance the benefits of stress-relief, decreased muscular tension, and increased energy.
Prenatal Massage
Ultimate relaxation for mom-to-be that relieves muscular tension and structural discomforts, enhances body awareness, offers a calming experience to reduce anxiety and stress, and helps relieve depression caused by changes in the body’s hormones. (This service is performed side-lying, must be out of your first trimester)
Reflexology Massage
This therapeutic method promotes healing by stimulating the nerves in the body and encouraging blood flow. This healing art of ancient origin is based on maps of predefined pressure points that are located on the feet that connect directly through the nervous system and affect the bodily organs and glands.
Hot Stone Massage
This massage is comparable to our Swedish massage with heated stones incorporated. The hot stones loosen up the tissue to help relax and massage sore muscles.
Body Treatments
Beautifying Radiance Polish
Reveal your most radiant self while these mineral-rich salt crystals comfortably polish away dead surface cells, renewing your skin, while certified organic rosemary, lavender, and bergamot oils melt moisture in and uplift your senses. This service also includes a hot oil scalp massage and ends with a full body Swedish massage.
Body Buff
Enjoy an invigorating, aromatic scrub using organic rosemary and peppermint body polish with naturally derived walnut shells that gently exfoliate and polish away dead surface cells and skin-dulling impurities, leaving skin soft and smooth.
