As a stylist at Haile Village Spa & Salon, you'll receive 10-15% commission on products, paid professional development, easy online booking for clients as well as a full-time front desk staff, flexible schedule options, and vacation pay. Our stylists' commission structure for services is based on experience level and existing clientele.
Bonuses and rewards are available for goal achievement and we have a team to assist you in marketing and advertising to grow your clientele. Styling tools will be provided to our new stylists and we'll even assist with your segue to our salon with a transition package of up to $10,000.
