Haile Village Spa & Salon's scheduling system is comparable to the hotel/hospitality industry; therefore you will need either a credit card or Haile Village Spa & Salon gift card to reserve and hold your appointments.
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of scheduling; however, it may be subject to 100% of your service cost if you “no-show”.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a charge of 30% of the service cost.
Supplying us with your credit/gift card information at time of scheduling is confirmation of your acceptance of these terms.
